I showed him the Google map hours and he said “I am the manager so I can close down when I am not getting enough sales.” I couldn’t believe my ears. This was true at another subway down the street in Helotes. DOES ANY SUBWAY HONOR THIER ADVERTISED HOURS??!!! What world are you living in??!!
- ESElli SweetJun 2, 20251.0I don’t understand the purpose of placing an express pickup order if I’m still required to wait in the same line as those ordering in person. My sandwiches sat on the counter for about 20 minutes before I finally got them. By then, some of the veggies were soggy and not fresh, though they were already low on ingredients to begin with. Only one employee was handling orders at the front, while another stayed in the back despite seeing the growing line. There was no effort to speed things up or improve the experience. Very disappointing.
