  I think it was about the worst Sirloin I've ever had. I ordered it medium and it arrived rare. I asked to redo it just a bit and all they did was throw it back on the grill and cooked it to well done. If I wanted well done I would have ordered well done. The amount of fat in and on the sirloin was disgusting. And since they cooked the steak well done the rest of the food on the plate, the shrimp and the fried onions were now cold. That was a very lazy way to try to do a better job! Worst part was that about an hour after I ate just a bit of it I threw it up. The server Adrian was great. Very attentive, friendly, knew the menu and made great recommendations to our family, I was just dealt a bad meal. Nice atmosphere, but the meal wrecked it for me. I don't plan to go back and would not recommend that you send your food back to the kitchen unless you want cold food or an overdone piece of meat.

  Oh my goodness! What a pleasant time with the familly! Jesus was awesome, like the cherry on the top! Food was great, fresh and you could feel the love in it. Dessert was delicious, carrot cake was almost as good as the one my mom used to make. Cheeers!

  I hadn’t been to Saltgrass in years. I have now been reminded how amazing the food & service is and will be a frequent guest. Destiny was my server she recommended the Brussels sprouts and wow delicious. She was fast, attentive with a great personality. Really enjoyed my meal.

  We would like to thank the staff of Saltgrass on Bandera & 1604 for their 5 star service and hospitality. I would also like to acknowledge Lynn the floor supervisor & Jesus our server for the extraordinary service they provided. We will definitely be back and recommend this establishment because of their efforts. Thank you again

  This Saltgrass location is our goto for service and food that are equally outstanding! We had my husband's birthday dinner here and from the time we walked through the door the hostess, our server Brian H.and floor manager, Lynn (not sure if i got her name right) were so genuinely polite and attentive. We've been to other locations and this one outperforms them all. Our steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly, sides and drinks done well and the appetizer so flavorful. We will be back!
