- KHKaren Harwell3 days ago1.0Had a terrible experience there with an incredibly rude girl. I go there all the time. Well I did. When I asked if I could taste my coffee to see if it was sweet enough , which lately hasn't, the girl told me to make it quick. She was on a timer. More than once. I told her she didn't need to be rude she snapped that she wasn't being rude , while actually gesturing with her hands to once again make it quick . Because she was being timed. Wth!?

- JBJenny BorterFeb 14, 20261.0Ridiculous!! Had to wait for over 40 minutes for food. Obviously, this place is being mismanaged. Yes, it's Valentine's Day and maybe short staffed but no excuse. The app orders should be easy and top priority. I watched every new person being serviced instead of my app order that I had placed 25 minutes earlier. I had to leave and come back and still wasn't getting any service. Finally I was given a bag of cold food. Do not go to this location. I should have been offered a refund at least for the inconvenience of having to leave and come back
