When I asked for a simple cup for my kid’s ice cream, the young guy helping us was polite and tried to do what he could. But another staff member, a girl at the window, basically scoffed and questioned why I even needed a cup. You could clearly see and hear her attitude, and it just felt unnecessarily rude. The young guy kind of just shrugged like it wasn’t his fault, which I appreciated, but the whole interaction left a bad taste. I’ll be driving the extra 10 minutes to the other location from now on just to avoid that kind of attitude.
