  Worst service. Of 4 blizzards we recieved 0 correct blizzards. Im also using the term blizzard losely, its more milk with candy added to it. If it was to be flipped upside down like they’re supposed to be it would all fall out. If i could zero stars I would do so. Is with the trip to go to any other dairy queen in the state of TX

  Over 30 min for food-that was sitting under the warmer. DECENT Customer service does not exist at this #. Full of young, lazy youngsters that have not an inkling as to what “Customer Service” is-and they’re paid top dollar to mess around, act like 12 year olds, all the while the older folks get stuck with the long angry line. I know working in the food industry sucks…BUT YALL knew that before you applied! Dang ridiculous! Please, do better.

  This was banana split it l, tasted awful, they put no effort looks melted I just came straight home didn’t live far and she wanted me to take it back in order to get a refund Service took long they had me pull forward and wait and I got 2 kids meals one kid doesn’t like gravy so we asked for bbq sauce, they threw it all in 1 bag with 2 containers of gravy no bbq sauce and the gravy leaked onto the food Would not recommend this location

  I will NEVER come back. We ordered our food, that went fine, then we drove up and paid. We were given our drinks right away but we were asked to drive up and they would bring our food out. About 6 cars after us received their food and finally 20 minutes later, my husband walked in to see what the delay was. Not one of the team members even acknowledged him. He finally got the attention of the girl at the drive-thru and she told him that they were still working on our order, but would bring it out shortly. 10 minutes after that, out walks a young man with our food. (30 minutes to get our order! ) He hands me the bag, and all he said was “here you go.” No apology, no explanation, no nothing. I said to him, “that’s it, here you go? We waited 30 minutes for our order and all you say is, here you go?!” He just shrugged and said, “Well, I didn’t make it.” The customer service here is completely non-existent. As far as the food- the order was almost correct, the food was mediocre at best, but our drinks were watered down. One of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had at a drive thru ever! This location gives Dairy Queen a bad name!

  To start off, ordering was a headache bc the kid on the headset could not comprehend the order I wanted. After 10-15 mins of waiting to get to the window, that kid still didn't get my order right. So I had to tell him again and again and again. Still after waiting another 20 mins for my food. The chicken was rock hard and the rest was just as horrible. This place is just bad and should not be open or have entire staff fired ESPECIALLY the manager for allowing such poor service and food quality.
