- MRMincy Rodriguez4 days ago2.0I love HTeaO and was so excited for a location near me. But the customer service is always so disappointing at this location. How can your own employees not know your own promos and community service raffles. I inquired with the cashier clerk about the sign outside the door and the sign next to the register, their answer was I’m not sure I only work here on the weekends. They then proceeded to ask other employees and they also didn’t know. It’s very disappointing when you see one of your favorite businesses try to be part of your community but it falls short because their own employees are not well informed.
