  I waited 30 minutes for 1 combo and it was wrong and greasy. This is ridiculous and needs to either be closed or get new management. Every time I come through drive thru I wait too long. Ordering on the app is way better but what is the point.

  Went or ordered a dr pepper with lite ice arrived at 4pm sat there for 6min then when I asked how long was it going to be she's on the way out waited another 5 min she never came I hit the call button she then asked did I still want it I just told her never mind I called to speak your guy answered as I was explaining why I was calling he hung up on me in the middle of me speaking i called back he said I thought you where done and of course no manager was on duty go figure

  We call this, The S.S. THE SORRY SONIC. IF MY TODDLERS WEREN'T "STARVING " WE WOULDN'T HAVE STOPPED. FOOD IS NEVER RIGHT, NEVER TASTE RIGHT, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, TEA TASTE DIRTY, YOU WAIT 30 MINUTES OR WHAT SEEMS LIKE FOR EVER IF YOU ORDER IN THE STALLS. I have been told 10 years ago, this was the best sonic around, its hard to believe cause now its absolutely Horrible. You would think being the only fast food in Hawkins, they would want to be the best. I get people dont work like they want to be there or maybe its a managers issue. But at this point, why stay open.

  We stopped by the Hawkins Sonic while we were traveling through the lady at the window was amazing The food was just the best fresh hot and our order was actually correct which is something we don't get everywhere else we would definitely recommend
