    I come to this sonic almost every day and sometimes twice a day, I come through the drive through to avoid having to make the car hops come out and STILL give a tip on the app, I've pretty much had someone tell me it annoys them to see my name on the order and today I was told if I dont order the sauce on the app I'll be charged for a ranch (which with the app update I didn't see where to put it, I do now) but seriously? It's free on the app but if I ask for ONE sauce it in the drive thru you're going to charge me? I've ignored the rude comments and have always been polite despite the way I'm treated because it was close and I like the cokes but today I tried to call the manager who hung up on me in the middle of talking (Christian) but he let me know his GM (Daniel) is the reason they are charging for sauces now, conveniently starting "tomorrow" after I asked for a sauce today. Don't worry I won't come back since you all seem to dislike me spending my money here so much. I am so sorry to have bothered you all.

    If you want to get food after work(5pm) don’t go to this location the staff were slow and quite possibly high based on demener.

    Today’s visit to Sonic was wonderful! We had several mobile orders and Daniel was on top of it! He went over and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. He was kind, delightful, and true joy to be around.

    I've had some good experiences but also a streak of having my mobile orders fulfilled incorrectly. To name a few instances from the past few months: - Ordered a Dragonfruit Red Bull Recharger with a cherry fruit add-in along with a second drink which was a slush, and I was given a dragonfruit slush along with the slush I actually ordered. I sent the dragonfruit back *twice* before I had to take out my phone to show that one of the drinks I ordered was a Recharger and not a slush, and they still skipped out on the fruit add-in I paid extra for. - Ordered some salted caramel bites once and the manager who delivered my order to me told me they were out of stock, but that more would arrive the next day and I was welcome to come back to claim them. When I returned the next day, I was told by a different party that the promise would not be honored because mobile orders had to be claimed on the day they were ordered no matter how many times I tried to explain that they were not in stock and a manager had invited me to come back. I had to contact support through the app and they couldn't give me a refund, but instead put an offer for a free snack or side on my account. - Ordered a new drink that I wasn't sure was properly made (it had too little flavor) and I spoke to the manager on duty over the phone who was generous to offer to have my drink remade next time I came back, and even took my name. I wasn't able to stop by until a few days later, but when I spoke about it at the drive thru trying to give as much information as possible, there was an air of distrust towards me that took me aback. The remade drink still wasn't 100% what I asked for, but I really didn't want to contest a drink compensation that was good on its own and I was hesitant to engage any further as is. I like this location because it's in a very good spot and some of the employees have been nothing but wonderful, but I remain apprehensive about a history of several incorrectly made drinks along with the few times I interacted with a manager, only for a different manager to try to refute what I was previously promised. I really want to believe that this location can improve under the new management, but for the time being I feel more encouraged to take my business to different Sonic locations whenever possible.

    Placed a mobile order and paid at 8:35pm, but then I had trouble checking in so I went to the drive thru. There was a sign saying they were closing at 9, but then someone came on the intercom saying they were closing because of new management… it was 8:38 at this point… which is not 9. I told her I had already paid for my order, and she said I had to contact customer service through the app to get my refund because they weren’t going to make my order - which was 4 drinks with one being a water. Then one of the managers was outside, and I said it’s 8:40 not 9, so why are you closed? He said that was a mistake in time and they already shut everything down, so I would have to go through customer service in the app to get a refund. I would not recommend this location at all.
