The app will show the pizza is cooked quickly and that it’s on the way, but we watched the driver go deliver other orders and then return to the store. I’ve had to call the store both times and then they send a driver. Surely with all the automation and technology it’s not that hard.

I made an online order at 8:26pm for 2 pizzas. 1 without red sauce as I cannot eat it. Pizzas were marked delivered at 9pm but did not actually arrive until 9:16pm. The pizza had red sauce. It was ordered correctly. I called and was offered a credit. I wanted either a refund or a remake. They agreed to a remake and to redeliver. That was all in the call to them at 9:16. Pizza is now marked delivered at 12:03am but no pizza has arrived. My remake to replace my incorrect order was placed going on 3 hours ago. Unacceptable service. Do not order here.

At 718, called questioning our order, Placed on hold, now its on its way. At 8pm, still not delivered!! Hence the reason We never order from them! TERRIBLE SERVICE
