I placed an order for pickup at 4:10 PM and by 4:40 PM my food still wasn’t ready. No one acknowledged the delay or offered any explanation.
I understand that things can get busy, but a 30-minute delay without any communication is not acceptable. There were employees present, but there was no sense of urgency or effort to keep customers informed.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both organization and customer service at this location.
amazing chipotle , nice hardworking workers. a lot of these reviews truly dont know the stress that comes with a fast food place and expect for these workers to be 100% all the time. writing bad reviews over portion sizes should not be on them since those are something to bring up with corporate and not to the specific stores. PORTION SIZES do affect them FYI :) it is fairly clean but you guys need to expect the place to get a bit dirty during PEAK HOURS , where they can’t move at all due to, once again, corporate. so all the aguas frescas and common areas being dirty ? yeah , most likely because they can’t move or just got hit with a rush.
u guys also have to keep in mind that they’re constantly training people, i’m sure, so yes. there may be some inconsistencies with portion sizes but for the love of godd, at least ask nicely for a bit more like i have!! i am sure that portion sizes should be a spoonful aka 4 oz! if u guys are mad over portions , COOK AT HOME 😂
some of yall need to do a little bit research as to why some things are the way they are , like the portion sizes. and for the poor workers , i swear every time i come in, there’s rude people all of the time so i can always understand if they’re not always jolly and so should y’all. mind u , these workers are probably in school pulling 8 hr shifts…
sooo in summary , don’t get on their butts for their portion sizes… that is something they cannot change (most of the time) because of uppper corporate management. everything is fair game except the proteins , so if u want a bit more of rice beans etc, ask for more
y’all need to learn how to be nice :) just get y’alls foods. reading some of these negative reviews makes me laugh

Usually I wouldn’t even waste my time with a review at a place like this but since they just opened I’m highly confused why the customer service is so poor that they act like we’re imposing on them to do their jobs. They just opened! The food is ok but this was the second time that the same employees act so bothered to be there. Really unfortunate because we’ve been waiting for a closer location to open and we won’t be going back for a third try at this location. Hopefully the manager monitors these reviews, as he should, and has a conversation with his staff.

my experience at the Tuckerton location today was very disappointing. The employee was rude, didn’t pay attention to my order, and ignored me while I waited about 5 minutes for my food. Not the service I expect as a regular customer.Bad attitude from female food server.

I’ve always been a fan of Chipotle but, this location was not my best experience. The common areas were dirty, all of the aguas frescas were out and the chips were ordered were stale.
Please take this as feedback to better your services and product.
