  I left a tip. Still didn't get my 2 extra cups of ranch. Drove across town for a refund and bought a big cup of ranch at Cheddar's instead and left them an additional $2 tip because I'm petty like that. I hope those potatoes and tip were worth this review. Follow up: I only drove across town after because I asked for free fries, they said sure. When I asked about it at the store, your employees laughed. Their young smooth brains don't understand that 2 potatoes cost less than a bad review from a good regularcustomer. I will gladly drive to another location or competitor. They didn't have a manager in store. Some tall kid with long hair, looked like a character from Stranger Things, went into a closet and called for help from the manager. A business without it's manager/leader is like a ship without a captain lost at sea. This next day, I might just eat these. Y'all made me lose my appetite. Warm Regards.

  This is my favorite Wingstop and have been coming here for over 5 years. Unfortunately, this will be my last time due to how a supervisor by the name of Charlene (or close to that name) treats the young girls at the front. I was ordering and I notice the apparent supervision yelling at the guys in the back and I heard her call one of them out of their name. I asked the cashier what her name was and if she was always like that. The cashier said that about 80% of the time they get mistreated but are afraid to speak up cuz they could lose their job. As we were eating I saw the supervisor belittling a cashier and had the young girl in tears. I have been in management for many years and I would never treat my employees or allow any supervisor to treat employees like she did. I highly recommend that the owner investigate the bully that supervisor does to the employees before a lawsuit happens.

  Customer service is horrible. Cashier seems in a bad mood all the time. If you don't like your job get another one.

  We live in San Benito and usually go there for convenience. We happened to be in the area and decided to stop here. The two restaurants don't compare. This one is a thousand times better in every way. We will be coming here from now on, no matter the commute.

  Place was super dirty , service was slow and there was NO ONE who spoke BASIC Spanish or understood it . which is ridiculous and sad . Super rude when someone did speak 4 words in spanish they were super rude to my grandmother with an attitude for no reason . Once the order was taken and paid for , for dine in . We were there waiting for 40 minutes just to find out that the order was never placed even thoe it got paid for!?! That is ridiculous and horrible service . We were just hungry and tired from a long day just for this place to make our day so much worse instead of better. Workers were just standing there looked lazy sad how the place was so dirty . Never coming here again .
