  Employees are so rude sorry to say this specially the one on Harrison. They think they own u never going back to that one. They should post the area manager phone number somewhere in the store so the customer can call for complaint. I've heard lots of bad things of that place in particular. Shame Shame!!!!!!

  I've been coming here for years and it's been great but today the wings were so good I had to leave a review. The cook (Arturo) mixed the Cajun seasoning with the sauce and that was so genius it was a bomb of flavor going off in my mouth. I always get a 6 wing combo but those flavors left me wanting more. If you like spicy I'd recommend you get them the way Arturo the cook makes them. It's a must try!

  THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Staff needs to be either retrained or let go to go find a job that makes them happier because this place went from being my favorite place to eat, to the place i am treated the worst. Theres a woman by the name of ARIEL that works there and is very rude to the customers, i get it we can have bad days but the way she was giving us attitude and the way she was speaking to us and behaving was definitely very inappropriate, she was dragging the chairs next to us loudly as we were talking ( for a moment i thought she wanted to play musical chairs, i was thinking of joining and possibly make her night better) however she stopped when i pointed it out how rude it was to be dragging things around with an angry manner, and this wasnt the first time this woman closes the doors an hour early and when you knock to get her attention she looks away and ignores you. Honestly i would go to another wing place DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WALK OUT UPSET.

  To owners.. You need to audit your Wingstop Harlingen Bus. 77 location evenings. No clear manager, terribly rude customer service. Employees on their phones and sitting in the kitchen talking. Door dash order and online orders routinely incomplete. Tonight, order incomplete... waiting 40 mins and still missing fries. Asked for a bag because it was just put on the counter. Bag was thrown and employee just walked off to refill her drink. I use doordash because you have no franchise website or contact portal when there are issues with the order. If there is a manager working, not doing their job. You lost my business, i contacted corporate wingstop, as well as doordash. Im posting this as a warning to other customers... check the reviews before ordering.
