  I have been having dinner here every week since December 25. Eddie and Carlos are excellent. No complaints, except too much to eat at one time.

  I thought about this for a long time before posting, but this is now my fourth interaction with this manager, and today was just the final straw. During my first interaction back in December, my mother was in a coma at the hospital, and I hadn’t left her side. The one time I stepped out was to pick up a $4 pan pizza for my daughter. I only had a $100 bill, and while I understand not having change can happen, the situation was handled with no compassion or effort to help even after I briefly explained what I was going through and that I had rushed out without my card or phone. I was simply told there was no change, and that was it. I ended up leaving in tears. At the time, I told myself it was just a difficult day for me because of my situation. I gave the benefit of the doubt and returned two more times, hoping for a better experience, but the interactions were still unpleasant. Today confirmed that nothing has changed. Please understand that it took me a long time to leave this review because I genuinely hoped things would improve. Therefore, I’m writing this review in hopes that the morning manager might consider being a bit more approachable and positive. You never know what people are going through some may be dealing with serious challenges like illness, loss, or other personal struggles. While I understand that everyone has their own responsibilities, the way we interact with others can really impact someone’s day. A small gesture like a smile or a kinder tone can go a long way and costs nothing. If you’re having a difficult time yourself, that’s completely understandable but it may help to be mindful of how that energy affects others. I share this with the utmost respect and simply hope for a more welcoming experience for everyone.

  A divine goddess came down from her throne on Mount Olympus to bless me with her presence on the condition that I give this exquisite establishment the praise it deserves. You will find nothing but the finest Italian cuisine here as well as one of the most lovely atmospheres in any restaurant on the face of this planet. If you want a taste of an authentic Italian meal I cannot recommend any location more highly than this one.
