- EMEv MarApr 19, 20261.0Very disappointed with the customer service. Our family has been regular customers for a while—we usually order our Flaming Bird to-go and eat at home. Although the chicken is often overcooked, it’s been part of our weekly routine. This past week, we decided to dine in. My husband politely asked if we could have chicken that wasn’t as burnt, and the young employee responded with attitude, saying, “Do you want it raw?” That comment was disrespectful and completely inappropriate. Unfortunately, experiences like this make it hard to return. If this is how employees are trained to speak to customers, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Prices are about mid range- less affordable that I'd hoped but not really expensive either. The carnitas were so delicious, the chicken was good but not the best (according to husband). The steak in a bowl was super delicious, but a little dry in the torta. The teas and lemonades are sooooo good. My favorite part are the Mexican veggies. My only suggestion is that you should be able to choose half veggies half rice for the build your own bowl. The service is fantastic! We went on a Saturday afternoon, pretty busy. And we still received all 4 meals in less than 10 minutes. My kids said 11/5 stars!
