- JCj chumpiesFeb 16, 20261.0This is my favorite Wingstop and have been coming here for over 5 years. Unfortunately, this will be my last time due to how a supervisor by the name of Charlene (or close to that name) treats the young girls at the front. I was ordering and I notice the apparent supervision yelling at the guys in the back and I heard her call one of them out of their name. I asked the cashier what her name was and if she was always like that. The cashier said that about 80% of the time they get mistreated but are afraid to speak up cuz they could lose their job. As we were eating I saw the supervisor belittling a cashier and had the young girl in tears. I have been in management for many years and I would never treat my employees or allow any supervisor to treat employees like she did. I highly recommend that the owner investigate the bully that supervisor does to the employees before a lawsuit happens.

Super rude when someone did speak 4 words in spanish they were super rude to my grandmother with an attitude for no reason . Once the order was taken and paid for , for dine in . We were there waiting for 40 minutes just to find out that the order was never placed even thoe it got paid for!?! That is ridiculous and horrible service . We were just hungry and tired from a long day just for this place to make our day so much worse instead of better. Workers were just standing there looked lazy sad how the place was so dirty . Never coming here again .
