Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Rico Rey is the first person who was able to figure out to fix a flaw on my whataburger app! I have had this issue for about 6 months and everyone else said “sorry” while RICO took the bull by the horns and literally came out to my truck on curbside and solved the issue!

The worst customer service ever you have the manager at the register with a long line bullshitting with a employee who is clocking out and taking a meal home, and they were completely ignoring the rest of customers needless to say my food showed up cold, very disappointed, especially in the Manager‘s professionalism
