- ALA L3 days ago3.0Ordered a pizza. I was asked to wait in the front, and that my pizza would be brought out to me. No problem. I see the man who works at the window (may have been a manager) leave to deliver, and my pizza was never brought out to me. I had to walk in and get it. Absolutely no problem doing so; however, my problem is, that they need to communicate with each other to make this drive thru location runs smoothly. I always leave a decent tip for their work and for them to bring it to me.

If there is a lobby with chairs, paying customers can wait inside the lobby until the the order is ready; don't make them get back in the car and go through the drive thru just to have them go back through the drive thru again because the order of the person behind them is ready. This does not make sense. There are lobbies for waiting! Customer service was beyond poor.
