  Slow sloppy and filthy in the 30 mins I was waiting they messed up multiple orders I seen 2 roaches all I had was the fries and a drink definitely didn't want them after seeing the buildings mascots

  If I can 0 stars I would. My order number YF34-IE03GV was ready but when I inputted the curbside number 5 it didnt go through so I went inside to simply let the staff inside know of the situation. Manager Ian came to me and said they dont have my order and my refund would return to cashapp in 1-2 days but I never got an email confirming the cancellation which usually happens. I was explaining my situation and he kept interrupting , walking away while I was asking for more information and not taking into consideration my situation. I asked if he could sign something confirming I will get a refund but he refused and still continued to walk away denying to provide his name or signature, he finally tore a piece of paper and wrote his name. I asked multiple times if I can speak with another manager he said there is no other manager. But then later said the manager making the orders named America wasnt on the clock and couldnt help us until 12am. We asked another employee if there was another manager other than Ian on the clock he said yes and pointed to America. I asked Ian why America was making orders if shes not on the clock , time goes by and America comes to me very confrontational and non professional after many attempts of me trying to talk to her but shes very aggressive and isnt trying to hear what I have to say. Im explaining to her the situation and she starts telling me the same thing Ian says about not having my order, Ill get a refund, and she has no control over the app. My concern is how do I know I will get a refund if she has no control over the app. She yells at me very aggressively to call the cops or call corporate and does not try to assist me any further and walks away. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received and the treatment I endured during the visit I took to your establishment. It was very disheartening to be spoken to as such and I sincerely hope that disciplinary actions are taken place and I expect my refund as promised by Ian and America.

  The staff is very helpful and nice at this location. I always have good experiences. Food wise it's a solid McDonald's nothing too out of the ordinary.

  Took about an hour for a mobile order just to get everything wrong we had to ask for our drinks they didn’t have lemonade lazy staff chicken nuggets were cold and hard as soon as we got them fries were also hard got the order completely wrong terrible lazy service it’s been multiple times where this specific location has terrible food and service

  Been coming to this McDonald's per year it's always been you know okay. But today was just the worst try to be nice to use the kiosk threw my bag of food at the table. It was dine-in all the trades are arrogant manner. Did not bring my drink literally just threw the bag on the table and walked away like throwing a newspaper at a house create my order was wrong this is my first ordering evidently the new medallion mail which I've been ordering for the last year and I would say that hamburger is now 30% smaller than just the two months ago I mean it's not a value at all.
