We went but the wait was long, she had ordered a medium caramel frappe but was given a small when it shows on the receipt medium. It was not even blended correctly and did not have the caramel presentation on top. I had ordered a double meal deal, my bottom bun was hard on the outside edges. I would understand if you are maby short staffed or someone was new and in training but this wasn't the first time we had a bad experience. I would like for you as the company to make sure this will not happen again to me or anyone, I understand how difficult it can be working in this type of job , this is reason why im not being to aggressive with my review.

No refund and rude staff that did not care and told me to leave and get out the way while i tried to explain I was charged for an order that I did not receive and the app did not Let me know that they were closed.

For about 15 minutes and 2 girls that were working were playing around the whole time grabbing each others hair and playing around. One employee dropped her hat a couple of times and picked it up withe her hair hands and proceeded to touch our lids. Then proceeded to rub her nose. That’s very called cross contamination and very unsanitary,
