The first time I needed help with a product and she was too preoccupied with her personal phone to focus on finding me the product in the right display. Heb, how do you expect us to ask for “help” when your “managers” don’t even know the new display of the store. I had to ask a grocery worker who was very helpful, and stopped what he was doing to make sure I found the right product she mislead me with. That same manager was saying the item I was looking for was in the end cap by the restrooms. It was not. Today, im trying to get to the register to checkout, and she’s been walking so slow taking her time and chatting with a fellow employee. I said “excuse me ma’am.” And she proceeds to look at me with a look of disgust like I was in the wrong. So unprofessional. Anyssa was her name.
