The staff is friendly and nice but sucks at prioritizing orders. This visit after waiting 35 mins since originally ordering online they magicly make our drinks in less than 2 mins. Clearly rushing they didnt even make correctly. Driving up has never takes less then 20 mins after your order is submitted. This visit appeared to be fully staffed with 5 people inside working. Very disappointed especially compared to other DutchBros I frequent.

The past two nights Iāve swung by late, and even with the long line, the staff has stayed upbeat, kind, and genuinely interested in how our day is going. Yacquline especially has been working from early to late shifts, yet still remembers my drinks and delivers amazing customer service with a smile. Itās a great reminder that while weāre all stressed with holiday to-dos, the workers are pushing through the rush just as hard so be kind. š

Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
