It wasn't like if I was too long, I was only deciding what to take. Once I got my order, didnt look, but no napkins, fork nor spoon. How tha hell was I suppose to eat it?? If we didn’t pay extra the bowl would have be pitiful. Also the chips were filled about 1/3 fill. The tables were also dirty. It’s sad to see this place go downhill.

I asked for a bowl with no rice and offered to purchased a bag of chips so that I could create my own "nacho bowl." The cashier was unsure and went to the back to ask the General Manager if this was allowed. The GM's response was a flat "no." What made it worse was that the Manager didn't even have the courtesy to come to the front to explain the policy or offer an apology. He simply sent the message through the cashier and stayed in the back. It is disappointing that a "build-your-own" establishment would be so rigid about a simple request, especially when I was paying for all the components separately. To be dismissed by management without a face-to-face explanation while dining with my daughter was the tipping point. I will be taking my business elsewhere where customer service is actually a priority

Usually don’t post reviews but then she did the sweetest gesture of adding a comment which was so helpful as the bowls were going different places (didn’t notice until we stopped at first location).
