  At 7:22 pm on 1/6/26 Had a very disappointing experience mostly because of our server Meddy. Started out the night by not greeting the table or telling my 2 friends and I her name, had an attitude when she would approach our table. Took a long time to get our order. Mind you, it was not busy, she had no more than 3 tables at the time we sat down, one of the, already closing their tab behind us. She made sure to greet the bar who already had their own bartender taking care of them and was more interested in taking shots with her guests than doing her job. My 2 friends and myself ordered our food all at the same time, and mine didn’t come out for another 10 minutes . When she saw how disturbed it made us, she transferred our table to someone else knowing we already were having a terrible experience. Never were we told we were transferred until getting the bill and finding someone else’s name as a server on our ticket. I had to go to the bar and find out what was her name due to no communication from the staff whatsoever. Thanks again for this horrible experience Meddy. Table:215

  Ordered online and wanted to call store so that they could cook the burgers well done I called serval times and it had me in hold for several minutes each time and then a prompt that no one was able to take my call and would end call. Hopefully kids don’t get sick

  Crappy management... sorry service, if it ever gets to your table. Was told to sit any where we like and 10min no one came to take our order. Manager Dominic was more worried about orders than service. poor service. 1 star is to much credit lol

  We have been going to BWW for years it has it's ups and downs but I just want to say the manager today 12/11/25 evening shift needs a different job we were charged a drink we definitely did not order and she refused to take it off our bill wow $3.99 we never got our cheese cake orders were taking forever our waiter was good but there's only so much they can do when not enough staff scheduled which falls on management! We will not be going back for a loooong time hopefully maybe things will change!
