  Everything was great! Food, service, server attentiveness to our needs. Destiny, our server was great! Great personality and very responsive to our requests. The ONLY thing I would change is the music playlist. Although I like the music that was playing ( in other situations), it was so fast-paced that it made the atmosphere seem chaotic.

  I had an amazing experience at The Heights Pizzeria and Drafthouse in Killeen, and it was all thanks to KK. From the moment she greeted our table, her energy, professionalism, and genuine care stood out. She didn’t just take our order — she made the whole visit feel personal. KK checked on us at the perfect times, kept our drinks full, made great recommendations, and handled everything with a smooth confidence that you don’t see every day. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it shows in the way she treats every guest. If you’re stopping by The Heights, do yourself a favor and ask for KK. Her service was so great it turned a regular meal into a memorable experience. Highly Recommend!

  JT delivered one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. He was personable, genuinely funny, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. He has that rare ability to read the table perfectly—knowing when to engage and when to step back. Service was fast, accurate, and seamless from start to finish. He elevated the entire experience and is a major asset to the team. I’ll absolutely be back and will be asking for JT.

  Hi, I would like to give a shoutout to Niko! I recently visited this restaurant while coming to see my nephew from Missouri. I was sat with a very welcoming young woman, named Niko. While she stated we were both new to the restaurant, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease while I sorted through their very colorful menu. The whole staff made me feel truly important and like I was the only guest while being fully filled this evening. I really appreciate it and will be returning.

  We had an amazing experience here celebrating my son’s 8th birthday! From the moment we walked in, everything was great—but what really made the day special was Lidia. She went above and beyond to make my son feel celebrated and taken care of, and that meant a lot to us as a family. The food was delicious, fresh, and came out in a timely manner. You can tell the team really cares about both the quality of the food and the overall experience. Huge thank you to Lidia for making my son’s birthday one to remember. We’ll definitely be back!
