  The food is like if aliens saw mexican food on TV or cartoons and tried remaking it. It tastes bland, and isnt worth the price. Over the years they limit ingredients from my favorite meals. The upped the prices AND lowered portions. The service is genuinely awful as they direct you to the kiosk in their dining room, and they barely acknowledge your presence as you walk in. I understand being busy but it was a sunday, at 10am, where the dining hall was empty and the store was barely active. You couldnt take my order when half of your staff was on break? The atmosphere is millennial minimalism and reeks of everything wrong with resteraunts nowadays. 1/10 stars if I could give it. And the 1 out of 10 is for the fact that the food has nutritional value, and doesnt come with razer blades. which, if it did, it wouldnt surprise me. Take your business somewhere else.

  We went in for a nice Sunday lunch. We get greeted by zero humans and 3 kiosks. After 10 minutes of getting frustrated and my husband walking out, I asked for my order to be taken by a human. They acted as if this was a problem. They finally get logged in and I find out that many of the combos are now a la cart items (aka,more expensive). I walked out. My time and money are valuable. You raised prices and NOW you want me to work for free. Bye, Taco Bell. Hello, Whataburger. At Whatabirger we were greeted with smiles. We had our food brought to us,withcondiments offered. Excellent customer service and food. We hadn't eaten at Taco Bell in ages. Guess we wont be back.

  I was going through the drive through at night and and girl who was taking our order was rude and impatient, when we came over to the window and when i finished paying she handed both my card, receipt, amd straws in one go. Afterwards not even a second later not giving time for me to get adjusted she holds out both the drinks and was very rushed. Mind you were the only ones there too. Also getting the order wrong we orded 2 mediums and we got 1 medium and 1 large. The the was barely any sauce in the container too. Just very sad with the way we were treated hopefully they change soon.

  The photo speaks for itself but we ordered some nacho fries and we got 3 tacos. Honestly this was a blessing. Thank you Taco Bell. Didn’t get my order but I got a real dinner.

  I went and grabbed my food at 3:49. I Ordered one chicken quesadillas added rice and empanadas. There was only my chicken quesadillas on the inside which I already ate. I was running late trying to get back to work. I called the store and told them my empanadas wasn’t there. She claims that she did put in the bag. They’re just not the size that they used to be but it’s in the bag. I’m looking right dead inside my bag and there’s nothing but my chicken quesadilla inside and mild sauce so if you put it in there yourself how come it’s not in the bag? Don’t worry, I won’t be coming back
