- TDTravis Davis5 days ago4.0The new Wendy's in Harker Heights is very nice from the staff to the decor. Their food is always hot and fresh when I eat it. My one "dislike" is the AI voice at the drive-thru. Although it catches everything you say, that can cause confusion. If you say anything that sounds like you're finished ordering, the voice will tell you to pull forward. When you try to add something else there's usually no response from the voice. However, the employees inside are always listening and will respond to your request. I'll just have to get used to it I guess.
