I've never seen a business more desperate to not make a sale successful. The real irony here is that this exact problem has persisted over years at this location. You better bring exact change with you if you want these people to take your money. Feels like I'm half an employee myself here just trying to get the transaction complete.

She toasted my sandwich to the point all the meat was shriveled up and crunchy. I asked Gabby if she could remake my sandwich because it was burned. She tossed my sandwich to the side and told her co worker “Can you remake this sandwich, this guy is trying to say it’s burnt” keep in mind she said it with so much attitude and anger. Then she had to go to the corner and take deep breaths to calm down. That’s ridiculous that she got so angry because I needed my sandwich remade. Please retrain this employee or find a better employee.
