However, when I went to order a sandwich, I noticed that none of the food items on the bar had lids or covers. The glass didn’t appear to come down far enough to protect the ingredients either. By 7:30 p.m., the meats and other items had clearly been sitting out uncovered for hours, raising concerns about freshness and bacteria growth. Because of this, I decided not to order—too much risk of foodborne illness.
