- TCTayleen ColemanNov 12, 20255.0HEB has done it again! I recently had a home delivery this week and once again the service was outstanding. First, And most important was the affordable prices of my items in these tough and turbulent times. Items like eggs, milk, bread, frozen catfish, fiber cereal with dates and raisins, to name a few. The quality of everything was like the fish came right out of the ocean, the fiber cereal was fresh and crunchy with almond nuts included. Everything I'd ordered was in stock with nary a substitution. I was particularly impressed by this fact. In these hard economic times, HEB is sensitive to the customer's needs and pocketbook, including delivery fees and tip. They are kept at a nominal, affordable fee. My order was delivered within the time frame set (if not sooner) by their partnership with FAVOR shoppers and drivers. Their delivery service was excellent! I highly recommend HEB Plus! as your go-to store for ANY shopping needs, whether express service for fewer items or full service. My personal experience has always been most satisfying!
- FFFaciane FacianeNov 11, 20251.0Went to the H.E.B in Harker Heights and was paying for my groceries $125 next thing you know the bank notified asking me was I attempting to make a purchase at KING TACO in Fontana California for $33.07 I was like WHAT ?? the youbg man at the register said my card DECLINED and so I attempted to try again and BANK OF AMERICA contacted me again and said did I try to use my debit card again at JACK IN THE BOX in fontana CALIFORNIA I SAID NO HELL NO and I said I'm at the H E.B in Harker Heights , Texas and they said they will push the purchase of the H.E.B through and block my card after. WHAT THE HELL ???? IM NEVER USING MY ATM, Nor CREDIT CARDS EVER again at this H E.B Someone is doing some shady stuff im not saying the H.E.B is but clearly the HACKERS HAVE HACKED IN.
