    Waited to get my order taken then waited again to get our food, a total of about 30 minutes, i dont blame the employees but management for not having enough employees, only counted 3 while i was there, food is great but this kind of wait for donuts and coffee makes it not worth even going back. I worked fast food before and know how stressful it is for the workers when there is not enough help

    LITERALLY 5 employees including what I could only assume to be managers sitting around in here when LITERALLY WE ARE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN HERE and no one helps us or even acknowledges us in the 10 plus minutes that we have been here. WOW WOW WOW... If not for my oldest granddaughter having her heart set on this today we would have left. But she's gonna have to come up with a different ice cream location in the future because since my family wasn't that important to yall then yall surely aren't that important to us. Thanks for the memories ✌️

    Friendly workers. There seemed to be an issue with both my friend and myself's order. Over 3 times they took her milk order, which is better to be correct about it, than not, but still lacked her corrections even when she got it. My coffee wasn't even close to my order and didn't have time to turn around and get it corrected. Accidents happen, but this has been multiple times my orders have never been right. Donuts are good and fresh though!
