  Everytime we go (we have a family of 5), which is about 2 to 4 times a week the service is horrible. The workers are so cranky and rude. Not even because we are regulars, its always attitude. Very disappointing!

  baskin-robbins is alright. to begin, you can't go wrong with ice cream and i have enjoyed the flavors that i've tried from here. this should give baskin a perfect score, however my experience here has been the same each time. every time i go to this location they are out of almost everything, it straight up took me 4 different tries of orders of flavors for them to finally say "ok we have that" and even then, after i ordered my flavor (not in a waffle cone, they were out of that too) in a cake cone, they deadass gave me a sugar cone instead. i feel like this was done purely to establish dominance over me, man. come outta baskin feeling like stone cold steve austin just served me ice cream made from his pure masculinity and assertiveness. anyways, if you come here you will need a couple of backup plans if you're ordering ice cream, because chances are they're OUT.

  Ordered a cake Friday for pick up Sunday. When I arrived they stated they didn’t have my cake and that they could give me another cake if I wanted. Mind you, I changed my order because the original cake I ordered they claimed to be out of yet that’s the exact cake they offered me when I went to pick up my order. They tell me finally my order was switched to another location, the clear creek one. No one notified me of the change so I had to drive to two locations. When I picked up cake the clear cake location put cake in a box that was much too small. Sides were all smudged. It was too late for another cake so we tried our best to fix cake for my niece and smooth out what we could. Just a freakin’ disaster. Poorly trained and rude staff.

  I love Baskin Robbins, but not this location. My wife and I visited here on the 14th of March. There were no other customers in the store, and no cars in the drive thru, however, none of the four workers greeted us. My wife and I stood silently waiting for service for about 5 minutes. Another group of customers showed up, and the workers flocked to serve them, as if we were never there. When we corrected them, the workers were upset—the girl getting our ice cream said she remembered “why she hates working at Baskin Robbins.” The product is always good, and it was this time too. The service was pretty terrible, and because of this, we will not return.
