  I visited Chipotle Mexican grill at the Harker Heights Texas location.. This was the most horrifying and scary experience I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Today April 22nd 2026 I was ordering a salad bowl.. The lettuce was brown and I asked the employee if he could get some fresh lettuce and he did... The fresh lettuce also had brown lettuce mixed throughout it. He asked if it was okay and I told him yes as long as I didn't receive any brown lettuce because I didn't want to get sick from it... While making the salad he was dropping lettuce as well as chicken on the countertop and would put it back into the bowl he was making for me.. The second time he did it I asked him please not to put the droppings from the countertop into my bowl... He looked at me and said very angry okay and threw the bowl with the food in it against the wall and said I'm not serving you.. he then walked off very angry and told one of the staff members I'm not serving her...serve her... All of the employees looked just as confused as I was... I have never seen a employee this unprofessional and come unhinged... I asked for a manager and to my surprise the staff told me that's was the manager.... This was the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen in my entire life.. he was unable to communicate as well as maintain his composure in front of his staff as well as customers... He stormed off as if someone had just stole his dog... He never came out to apologize to his staff or any of the customers who were there to witness this incident.... 1. He should be removed as manager or retrained as a manager.. 2. He needs a class in customer service. 3. He needs a class in communication 4. He needs a class in anger management. This manager is an accident waiting to happen.... I believe the employees said his name was Gage.. he was the a.m. manager on April 22nd 2026 Here's the bad thing about it all... He was only about 20 minutes into dealing with customers (11:05 a.m.)... I can't even imagine towards the end of the day or peak time... P.S... Kudos to the staff on duty and Special thanks to the young man who made my salad and cleaned up the mess that the manager made out of anger and unprofessionalism... To the owner's response... Chipotle's Mexican Grill did not let me down.. You as being the owner let your employees down by having a manager like this.... As far as being frustrated... I was not frustrated... I was fearful of what this manager could have done to me or someone else for that matter.. So you can keep your generic apology and hire more professional and less aggressive/angry staff... I will not be calling you or notifying you because I have already contacted corporate....

  Extremely unhelpful. I had a reward and had questions regarding it and the man who was at the register was unkind and not helpful. I don’t understand when customer service turned into this, but for the amount of money I just had to spend, you would think I could get a little bit more of an explanation as to why the reward wasn’t going to work and help guide my decision.

  I placed an order through the app for three different orders. Two of them was wrong. For one of my orders, I requested a burrito bowl with two full servings of different types of meat, and I only received one and it was still a half serving at that. Also, the chips for the chips and quese The chips were stale. On another order, I requested soft tacos because of the ingredients I want it inside and I got the crispy tacos which came out soggy due to all the different meats and peppers I requested. I received a notification the same day requesting my feedback on the Chipotle app and I stated my disappointment and what was wrong with the food I received. I never heard back.

  I don’t know how this even passed as a $19 sandwich. The wrap was soggy and falling apart before I even picked it up, and it wasn’t even wrapped properly—everything was loose and messy like no care went into it at all. On top of that, it just doesn’t look good to eat. It looks sloppy, unappetizing, and honestly kind of thrown together. For that price, I expected something fresh, well-made, and satisfying. Instead, I got a poorly wrapped, underwhelming mess that looks as bad as it tastes. Definitely not worth $19—more like something you’d regret paying half that for.
