Clearly, they have signs posted on their window that they are open, but only to five patrons at a time. When we entered there was two other people in the store—as we were waiting the server proceeded to tell us that they were not servicing anyone in the inside anymore that I would have to go to the drive thru. My question is why did they not lock the fine in doors. So, we proceed to the drive thru—there are literally 12 cars in line—we waited for 15 minutes and they had only serviced one car—we left. They are not very efficient Update: I decided to give them another chance experience worse than the first—this time I had tow grandchildren ages 2 and 3 that had fallen asleep. So, I decided to use the drive through—I was told the flavors I requested were out and currently only had 12 flavors available. I looked in my rear view mirror and told them nobody was behind me and could they tell me the flavors. They proceeded to tell me that it would be more convenient for them if I came in. I told them I had two sleeping babies in the car—they continued to request I come in—not pull up to the next window but to come in. I took them up in the request because I was so upset. It told the employee that as the customer it should be about convenience for me—NOT THEM. I had to leave my two sleeping babies in the car—-parked directly in front of the door. Mind you nobody was in the store or drove thru the entire time I was there. I told her since they only have 12 flavors they could write them on a piece of paper and post it on their order board so that the customers don’t have to be inconvenience. I assure you—I will never return to this location!
