The food is trash. Delivery drivers cancel my orders all the time because they have extreme excessive wait times. It takes 4 to 5 drivers to accept and cancel my order before I get it. And when I do get it it's wrong or just garbage. Why even open this location. It's horrible. The employees suck.

This last time we were missing 14 wings, it’s gotten to the point where we have to count our wings Same mistakes keep happening. I don’t recommend this location in Haltom city, as a local customer this is the worst Wingstop. By the way, when I spoke to speak with the manager, I was told the manager was not present and unavailable and when I asked for the managers name I was told they can’t provide us, the paying customer the managers name. Later they called to reimburse $20 for the missing wings since we did not feel comfortable going back for the missing chicken wings. How lame and poor services. Not once or twice but three times in a row. I don’t care if this is the closest Wingstop, my family and I won’t be buying from this location.

Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
