  Made me feel unwanted after hitting the red button. A woman over the intercom was super rude. Gave me a bad taste in my mouth but I already ordered but was close to just leaving. I strive in customer service at my job so if it’s a personal thing the employee should leave their problems at home

  I have ordered here 4 times now and enough is enough. The burgers are always so good but anything fried is always just grease. yea let me get some fries/tots/onion rings/chicken strips/etc. with my grease please, thanks! (sarcasm if you don't get it because at this point I'm not sure the people here will). Please hire someone who knows what they are doing on the fryer. It's not that hard... I don't wanna call anyone dumb but I mean... how hard is it to press a timer then take it out when it beeps? Anyway, I wont be coming here anymore. I hope some people will read this and run from this place.

  Sadly it seems across the board when I go to Plano or to Fort Worth or anywhere in between it seems they can't get my order right and spending money outside of cooking at home it's a privilege nowadays but it seems these fast food places don't respect that and it doesn't matter breakfast lunch or dinner

  Came around 9pm and used the mobile app. There are specific spots for mobile ordering so when you order you put your stall. However after ordering and putting the stall number, it says to use the red button on the screen and let them know you've arrived, which the mobile spots don't have. Essentially the mobile ordering spots are a waste, if you park there and put the number in on the app you can't change it, so you have to park in another spot let them know you're there and go back to the original spot...what a dumb hassle. Once I told the lady working that I had been waiting after check in and she replied back snarky. They were very slow and it was only 9pm, me and other cars waited 20+ minutes. There was only one lady handing out orders. Once we got our food after waiting forever it was cold and burnt. I will never come back to this location nor do I recommend it for anyone
