- CRCora RogersFeb 8, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. I placed an order and the website said my food would arrive within the hour. At the 40-minute mark, the tracker still showed my order as only “received,” so I called the store for an update. Chris, who was working nights on Feb. 8, 2026, was extremely rude on the phone. He told me I would need to wait two hours for my food because their bottom oven was broken and they were backed up due to the Super Bowl. I completely understand being busy on Super Bowl night — things happen. What I don’t understand is being spoken to rudely as a paying customer. If he can’t handle the pressure than maybes he’s in the wrong field of work. When I asked to speak to a manager, Chris said he was the manager. If that’s true, I honestly feel bad for his employees, because if he talks to customers that way, I can only imagine how he treats his staff. Poor communication, inaccurate delivery times, and unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

- JBJames brewerDec 18, 20251.0Don't know why Pizza Hut changed the crust but the regular hand tossed sucks I will never order Pizza Hut again last time we ordered crossword flat pizza was bland ordered it again after a $30 credit 3 days later the same way totally disappointed in this establishment.
