  If I could give a 0 I would!!! I hate going to this McDonalds but it literally a minute away from me. Every time I go it is the worst experience they have the worst customer service, they are very rude, they forget to give you stuff and then try to argue and say they didn’t like I hate going here I wish they would do something about this!! Even the mangers are rude! I went today 4/10/26 at 4:02 pm I got a 10 pcs chicken nuggets and 2 happy meals the lady taking my order was so rude all she kept saying is what else what else is that all what else pull up to the window with a attitude and then after I pay I get to the next window there an older lady literally all ready looking mad she first gives me the drinks no straws but I wait patiently because I know it’s rush hour for them and can tell it’s hectic. Then she proceeded to give me the 2 happy meals witch I give to my kids still patiently waiting for the 10 pcs and straws and as I’m waiting my daughters are asking for bbq cause there’s none in there happy meal boxes so I tell them wait there probably going to put it in the big bag so she gives me the big bag closes the window doesn’t ask if o need anything else I check the bag there’s no straws and just 2 bbq so I ask her for the straws and 2 more bbq she then starts to get loud and disrespectful saying you only get 2 sauce for a 10pc I tell her I know but you didn’t not include the bbq in the girls happy meals and then she like whatever and get 3 bbq and practically throws them at me and then gives me the straws and slams the window I try to ask for a manager and she just looks away. I will never go here and I will definitely be reaching out to corporate they need better employees!!!

  The last few time I been there the order was messed up and then I went back they were giving me attitude like I was in the wrong that is so unprofessional

  I really dislike this McDonald’s they always mess our orders up but no the sprite was flat. My son happy meal and his friend happy meal we got didn’t come with the toy and that was the whole reason we got the happy meals. It’s so frustrating, i always tell myself not to go there but sometimes it’s just so convenient to go there.

  I place an order online and was waiting for 2 hours for my food to arrive! I called the store! And they don’t answer the damn phone! I’m a police officer and I get off work late and am hungry! This is ridiculous how they treat the community and people serving to protect it! This location needs to be shut down immediately!
