- RRR ROct 30, 20251.0Terrible Service – They Don’t Listen to the Customer Taqueria Taxco in Haltom City needs to seriously work on listening to their customers. I clearly ordered potato and egg tacos — that’s it. The only question I was asked was what kind of salsa I wanted. But when I got to work and opened my order, the tacos were loaded with cheese — something I specifically avoid with certain foods. When I called to let them know about their mistake, they got defensive and rude. That’s completely unacceptable customer service. It’s frustrating and disappointing to pay for food (and, in this case, very minimal tacos for the price) you can’t even eat because someone didn’t bother to listen, and then be treated poorly when you try to address it. I won’t be coming back until they learn to pay attention to their customers and treat them with respect.
