I had just gotten off of work, so I was tired and cranky, but this experience made my night from the drive thru menu to the cook and everyone else in between. The person taking my order was funny, very professional, attentive, and I could understand him clearly. The young lady at the window was peppy, fast, and very patient. The food was delicious and everything was in the bag. They made me feel like I was a valued customer. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt that this location (the night shift to be more specific) definitely needs a shout out! You do not see customer service like this anymore these days and it made me so thrilled to have experienced it again myself.

This was after one of the louder employees was shouting and yelling and arguing with another. At one point she yelled “you’re fired get out of here” aggressively at another employee. At that point the manager was just standing around looking frustrated but did nothing. Not sure why I was told to sit but the employees yelling at each othering and talking about “weird name” (another customer apparently in the drive through) warranted no managerial intervention. I wrote this review standing in the lobby waiting for my food… wouldn’t have written it had it not taken me 20+ minutes to get my food and made me late for a meeting.
