The young man making my sandwich was an angel (Ziggy was what was on his name tag) . His customer service is great and i had zero issues with him. However the older gentleman who was probably the shift lead/manager is disgusting. This is the second time my husband has gone in and had health issues with this guy. The first time, the guy adjusted his belt and pants with his gloves ON and went to make my husband’s sandwich without washing his hands and changing his gloves until my husband said something. We went in today, he comes back from his break, after leaving his poor employee by himself while he has a long line and is out of multiple food items on the line, comes back and my husband WATCHES him drink from his drink, with no lid and straw, cough on his hand, wipe it on his shirt, turn on a sink, look around to make sure no one is watching, DOESNT wash his hands, and then wiped his hand with a napkin and proceeded to try and make the gentlemans food behind us. My husband told the man that he needed to wash his hands and put on new gloves before he made that guys sandwich and brought up his previous encounter with him and the manager proceeded to raise his voice at my husband saying it wasnt true, and that the reason was because sales were increasing and that they were open “24/7” to which my husband responded “so that means you dont have to wash your hands?”. We wont be going back here because of the unsanitary environment this manager is creating and will be contacting a health department.

So, my partner and I came in here after placing a mobile order during the 6.99 footlong deal. We came in and picking up the order was fine. During is picking up the footlongs, I had forgotten to get us drinks and thought it would be simple to just buy one and go eat our (cold, but toasted) sandwiches. This wasn’t a simple task since it took the gentleman serving about 10 minutes to complete 1 sandwich. He seemed a little off/out of it, not sure on that situation but I hope he feels better. He’s seemed slow and somber which is understandable since he was the only employee working during a huge sale. I hope management can understand my concerns for the gentlemen and their lack of awareness of deals and customers.

This location is braking Texas state law. They have a public restroom and don’t allow people to use it. Texas Health & Safety Code § 341.069 Requires restaurants that have a public restroom to allow access. I went ent to buy some food and use the restroom. The employees told me I can’t use it cuz they don’t have to let me. I’m a type diabetic with nerve issues. Throughout my body and it affects my bladder. I was refused access that violated Texas Health & Safety Code § 341.069.
Texas law (Health & Safety Code § 341.069) says that if a retail establishment (which includes restaurants) has a toilet for employees, it must allow a customer to use it if all of these are true:
• the restaurant doesn’t have a restroom that’s immediately accessible to customers,
• letting a customer use the employee restroom doesn’t create a health/safety/security risk,
• the customer shows evidence of an eligible medical condition (like Crohn’s, IBS, etc.),
• and at least three employees are working at the time.

First, they had meatballs! My husband rarely gets to have a meatball sub for dinner as most subways are out. The 2 gentlemen that were working there were very friendly and helpful. My daughter kinda knew what she wanted but could only vaguely describe it. They understood what she wanted and according to her made the best sandwich she ever had! We will definitely be back! All 3 of our sandwiches were very delightful 😋
