  Ordered breakfast at 10:29 off of the mobile app got there at 10:31. Just For them To tell me they no longer serve it at that hour, as if they didn’t receive my order beforehand, I sat there for an additional 12 minutes trying to figure out what was the reason. if I was already there ready to receive my order, the manager -Martha- proceeded to let me know that they have no more breakfast items out on the floor and refused to give me the meal, said the only fix would be to cancel the order through the app and get a refund in 1-7 days – thanks for no breakfast.

  I came in the morning to get my food at the order of the mobile app and as soon as I walked in, one lady told me to hold on I never came back then the manager came up and I asked her where my food was and she said she doesn’t have a local order so I said that’s cool. I’ll go to my truck and get my phone and show you as soon as I come in instead of her being kind and courteous, she has an attitude now and the manager of size treating me like crap because they’re waiting on my drink, but instead of her saying that originally she told me my order didn’t exist and just treated me like upmost disrespectful like I feel disrespected coming over the store right now

  This a brand new McDonald's and the staff is the rudist people I have ever seen. They messed my wife's order up and told her they put the money back on the card they never did, so she didn't get any food and they kept her money. My wife has been going up there for over a week to get this resolved and today 11/17/2025 the manager threw the receipt at her, my wife has called corporate and we're waiting on a call back.

  Orders got wrong money was talking out of card on 7 they said they did refund but having hard time getting money back they are giving me the run around. Won't refund my money credit card company said they didn't refund my money

  They gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich so I then drive back to get the correct one I asked if I could keep this mistake one for the trouble and they just laughed at me then proceeded to gossip about it loudly in the back while I waited. Absolutely horrible customer service. Bad management. Unsure if due to new opening they feel its okay to laugh in someones face and make fun of people but its not. Plus seems im not the only on having bad customer service from this new location and that says something. 😒
