  Martha the Manager was not nice at all and very slow. Also the other older Hispanic lady manager wearing glasses is rude as well. Neither are nice to you unless you are Latino. I have been there many times and have witnessed this every time. Also almost every time my order was wrong. Both of these managers are Highly Incompetent and should be replaced.

  Went through the drive through. I ordered two kids meals and a number 9 meal with only lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise on my burger. When it came to my meal, I had to repeat my order THREE times. The board still showed it incorrectly so I tried to get him to fix it- to which he told me “I got chu” I waited for him to tell me he fixed it. Instead I ended up waiting to the point I had to ask if I needed to move forward. At the window the kid barely acknowledged me trying to “multi task”. I assumed my order was correct and paid. When I received my food, I checked it and noticed it was incorrect. I had to tell how the correct order is TWO times. At this point the manager comes to the window to see what the problem was. She did not ask me what my order was. She returned to charge me for the correct toppings. (I shouldn’t have been charged after my food was incorrect FIVES times by this point). When I received my food, it was incorrect AGAIN. I tried to get her attention (even honked several times) I had to go inside. After talking with the manager, I finally received the correct order with a complimentary apple pie. I DONT EAT PIE… In total, my order was INCORRECT SIX TIMES! 02/27/26 @ 6:27 p.m. TERRIBLE SERVICE

  Been here 3 times and each time the food was very bad. Hamburger patties burned or overcooked, fries that were still hot but soggy, and they never can remember to put the sauces in the bags. I don't know if it's a lack of training being a new location or just a lack of competence but either way this place sucks.

  They just opened and have the worst staff/service, repeatedly mess up simple orders with no ONE in line and today we just wanted a little whipped cream for our pup since he always gets excited for it at drive throughs and they have charged us for it the day before when we asked, no big deal. Guy with a ponytail afro gave us attitude and said he would not do it and that we’re liars. Just go to another location, save yourself from lazy workers and trash costumer service these people provide.
