With that being said, I ordered the same thing (BrSgr Shkn Esp with a pump of Vanilla). They either didn't add brown sugar or they will add cookies sugar, or just cinnamon. Neither is what I order. I'm unsure why this occurs twice or three times per week and they continue to fail to get it right. The women who work in the morning are notorious for their rudeness. This location is not as crowded as the one that takes me much longer to get to. My drink is always made by that without any problems at the further location. I have a better grasp of why this location is not as busy now. If you're dissatisfied with your work, they should leave and find people who care about their customers. Now the gentleman who is there in the afternoon is always so nice and genuine.

I got a plain bagel with like 2 small specs of everything seasoning and about enough cream cheese for a light layer on a ritz cracker. Absolute trash for a $5 bagel… Dunkin seriously needs to be out of business.
