  This place sucks. They forget half the things I ask for EVERY TIME I go. This time it was sauces and straws, last time it was my cheese for my burger, a 4 piece nugget, and my sauces. It’s ridiculous, why can’t anyone remember anything? They also hardly ever have the frozen Dr Pepper machine running when I go and same thing for the caramel frappe. I spent all my points to get one just for this McDonald’s to say the machine doesn’t work and I never got my points back. I’m not wasting my money here anymore. It also takes 10-20 minutes for someone to get me the correct items when I go back inside and usually at least 10 minutes before anyone notices me. This is especially annoying when I have to go back inside 2-3 times because they forgot so many things

  Waited At the register for like several minutes before anybody bothered to come over. And of course they didn't have a single pie of any flavor ready 🙄 no wonder the lobby was completely empty

  Poorly managed mcdonalds. Ordered drive thru but had to wait in the pickup window for 10 mins before having to come inside because they competely neglected the order. Upon entering, the Employees are super loud talking about inappropriate topics and hogging the counter. Not very inviting.

  I can't even express how terrible the service was. Came to visit family and both times here just for drinks waited over 30 min to get our order. Then had to ask for help and still waited another 15 min just for hashbrowns . The no actual person in front is a terrible thing. No one available to help can't get anyone to fix the mistakes on a simple coffee and hash brown order. If I could give a negative star I would because this was awful. 2 trips here and over an hour and a half of my trip waisted at this location and still couldn't get our order correct. I'm not one to complain but we are now at 45 min and still haven't received our order
