    Waited over 20 minutes for burnt over cooked fries & tater tots with our order. Burnt because the oil needs to be changed. That was gross! I don't understand why you can't change it out when you are required to every so often, its on a schedule! Maybe higher up management needs to step in. I won't go back.

    Just wanted to get a snack for the road. Ordered a medium cheese sticks and large Jalepeno bites, ended up with two orders of medium cheese sticks. No marinara and a single side of ranch. I guess they at least got our drink order right. We were miles down the road before we realized the incorrect food order. Contacted Sonic headquarters and was basically just brushed off. If only you could tip after the order, that would have at least saved me a few dollars.
