  I was so excited for this location. However, the service at this location is sub par. I ordered a gallon of tea and the one I received expired same day. Was told it was good for a week past the date. If you drink tea, you know that is false. So I asked for another one, and was told it was made fresh. It was not. They just put a new label on it. Very disappointing. I'll just continue making a trip to Kaufman for HTeaO

  Great addition to Gun Barrel City! Love the tea options, and staff are always so friendly and helpful. Will be visiting frequently!

  Was so excited about not having to drive to Kaufman anymore for an iced caramel macchiato but after the one I got at the new gun barrel location tonight looks like I’ll still be making that drive. The coffee tasted old and extremely bitter and there was an overwhelmingly strong bad milk taste. Couldn’t even taste the caramel. And that was after they shoved a huge tablet in our face for a tip.

  This was the coolest Ice Tea store. You go in and can try all the different teas and make your own blend. These stores need to be everywhere! We are just visiting for a short time, but making a trip before we leave town! Thank you for a cool experience. Just wanted to also add Jeremy the owner was super cool, and all the staff was super friendly. Put a smile on our faces.

  I met this really sweet girl named Payton when I went this afternoon with a friend she was so cool and funny and made the experience crazy enjoyable and the manager was really engaging and the whole trip was so worth it, the people and the tea was so good def try blueberry green tea it was the best I will be back for more!!! Can't wait to see my new friends again.
