My family had stopped coming here after several bad visits and started going to the Mason St location instead. But today, my son and I were starving in GBC and decided to give them another try—and I’m so glad we did. To our surprise, this was hands down the best Subway experience we’ve ever had at any location. The store was busy, but the staff—Elizabeth, Ashley, and Linda—were all kind, friendly, and made great sandwiches. Linda especially stood out. When we asked for tomatoes, she didn’t just toss them on—she asked if we’d like salt and pepper added, something no Subway employee has ever offered us before. It’s exactly how I’d make it at home, but I never want to be “that” customer who asks. She also upsold us on cookies, and after we said yes, she even warmed them for us. Those little touches made a huge difference! Linda was outgoing, thoughtful, and made us feel like valued guests. We walked away saying it was our best Subway experience yet. We’ll definitely be back to this location.
