  We had to have them fix our order 3 times. Our buns were hard, they gave us medium fries instead of large. They were absolutely rude had no respect for their customers. We had a 10 piece chicken nugget and got 6. They don’t wear gloves I watched them scoop my fries with their bare hands. The tea is old. I couldn’t hear myself because they were screaming in the kitchen. The bathrooms weren’t clean at all. The place is empty and the tables are still disgusting. I won’t be coming back this was my worst experience

  i almost always have an issue anytime i come here , am i surprised? no. I pull up in drive thru to be asked “how can i help you” so i requested them to clear the screen of the previous order so i could actually see the menu. I was ignored and they hopped back onto lane 1, and took THREE peoples orders before coming back to me. The only reason they did is because i got frustrated and let them know in the speaker and that’s when someone asked “how can i help you?” as i was ordering i constantly heard “what else” “what else” “what else”. VERY RUDE btw. As someone who previously worked at mcdonald’s i know how the system works. I know how you’re SUPPOSED to greet your customers. Ik it all. When i got home my Large fry that’s almost $5 was half full. I hear of this happening SO MUCH it is ridiculous and genuinely pisses me off bc i’m not getting what i paid for. Not only that but a small black curly piece of hair to top it all off. This place needs some stability bc this is literally disgusting , and so are the attitudes of the employees.

  I ordered a steak egg cheese bagel. Received a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Very disappointing. I ate it because it was to far to return it.

  My experience is usually pretty good but today they were packed because the girl checking everyone out in the drive thru kept playing on her phone while taking people's order. She started to take my order then turned her mic off and when she turned it back on she went to the wrong lane and cleared my order to take the other lane's order. I had to restart my order and when I finally finished the order she just said okay and didnt tell us the total. When we finally got to the window to pay she was playing on her phone. I think that having phones while working is okay as long as you arent using it the entire time youre working or ignoring customers to do so.

  Complete chaos everyone is walking around cussing at each other and cussing about customers being at the counter. It really needs some stability in there.
