  Despite messing up by handing out the wrong order they still made my relatively big order in a timely manner. Props to the staff they did it while being backed up

  After waiting 15 minutes to receive an order, I decided I was tired of wasting my life expecting these people to make food in a decent amount of time. If they can't handle the business they need to close. How is it possible this place is still open? Who runs this place and thinks this type of slow service is acceptable? This one and the one in Nederland have to be run by the same company because they both are run and act the identical same way. Just ridiculous.

  This location will mess up very simple orders all the time. I am actually surprised any time I receive my order 100% correct, which is maybe 10% of the time, MAYBE. Their customer service is about as good as you could say their food is. Be careful ordering drive-thru, they will not let you know if something is wrong with your order, they will hope you just drive off without noticing! The quality of the food is never that great even for Taco Bell's standards, not to mention the price you're paying for that garbage. You're better off getting food at home. Or better yet, support your local restaurant businesses instead of this corporate garbage.
