As someone who typically avoids fast food due to concerns over service and quality, my recent visit has reinforced my reservations. **Service Delays:** I placed a straightforward online order, yet I was subjected to a wait time of 20-25 minutes in the drive-thru, with only three vehicles ahead of me. This delay is unacceptable for a fast-food establishment. **Order Accuracy:** Upon reaching the window, I was handed the wrong order, which is not only frustrating but indicative of a lack of attention to detail. After further delays, I finally received my order, only to find that it was still incorrect and missing several items. **Customer Service:** The manner in which my order was delivered was unprofessional, with an attitude that added to my dissatisfaction. This lack of courtesy is concerning and reflects poorly on the establishment. **Training and Management:** I believe that the root of these issues lies in inadequate training and oversight. It is imperative that McDonald's invests in proper employee training and frequent inspections to ensure that staff are equipped to meet customer expectations.   This location always messing up my order it never fails it gets to a point I ordered a hash brown and they had me pull up to the window and wait for I get home no hash brown in my bag it need better management in the store no way my service is bad every time I go there
