  Don’t come here. I ordered Uber Eats because we were slammed late at night and thought it would save time. The sent the wrong order. So we brought the order back so they guys can eat. I have been standing in the lobby for the last 20 minutes waiting for them to remake my order. They have literally messed up like 4 orders since I have been here. I have now wasted an entire hour of my time. I will never eat here again. Pretty much everything in Greenville is a no go. I spent tens of thousands of dollars moving one of my shops out here from Dallas to better serve east TX. I will be spending tens of thousands to move it back next year. The greenville experience is no bueno.

  This 5 star review is only for the amazing drive through worker I’m assuming her name is jamika because it’s on my receipt. But she was the most sweetest person I’ve ever met! She was fast but still had enough time to talk and she honestly made my day start off happy. Don’t ever loose her Taco Bell!

  I've gone to this location a lot in the past year due to scheduling restrictions (Seriously, I think they know me by name 😬) and I can count on one hand how many times they have messed up the order. Usually on the really big ones, but once or twice on the smaller orders as well. Overall, they do well here. I have been pleased with the level of service.

  Wanted to write my review before I ate my Taco Bell (from the right Taco Bell). I have never been here in person, but I had an experience with their amazing customer service over the phone. I incorrectly called this Taco Bell about a Doordash order that I had placed, and a patient employee answered. He was extremely polite, courteous, and VERY helpful by trying his hardest to help me find my (non-existent) order. I eventually figured out that I was calling the wrong Taco Bell. Even still, this man deserves a raise (how about a million dolllars? If not, a $10-15 raise per hour should do) for being awesome and helping out a woman who craved Taco Bell.
